1. Orders & Product Availability
All CHÂTEAU De Suz creations are offered in exclusive, limited quantities, reflecting our dedication to craftsmanship and excellence. Should a product become temporarily unavailable, you will be promptly notified and refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (including in the case of suspected fraud or pricing errors).
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe.
Château de Suz reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number is provided, Château de Suz is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. International Customers
At CHÂTEAU De Suz, we proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient when the package arrives in your country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us, and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During new launches or high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
To request a return due to damage, please email info@chateaudesuz.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and order details.
Approved returns will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this site or its content. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of this site or brand without written permission.
All content on this website, including product names, designs, copy, and images, is the property of Château de Suz and may not be used without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We begin processing quickly to ensure your order is packed and shipped without delay. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Occasionally, Château de Suz may offer exclusive promotions or discount codes. These codes are valid only during the specified time period and may not be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
12. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are accurate. However, Château de Suz cannot guarantee that colors or textures shown on-screen perfectly match the physical product due to differences in screen resolution and lighting.
